It was a few days ago in school and I was up to my shinanagens(sp FAIL!!) with my macrabe artist buddeh in anatomy class. -barfsfaintsfollowedbyinternalbleedingandseizurecombowithacomaatthedeaddeadsquishyjuicydeadrottingdeadickypoopyyuckysmellydeaddecayingkitties- We were having our "normal" conversations about the serial killers and why she wants to rape J**f**y ***u****. Then she randomly told me about the origin of sagging. Apparently it came from jail and it meant that men were "avalible" for certain late night activities.

Is this true?
